"My parents bought furniture a few months before I made an addition purchase for them as a gift. I called an was able to get a screen shot of their previous order so I could order the correct piece. That evening I went to Bobs to make the purchase. My husband and I were greeted by Sandi. She was great, listened to what I already accomplished, and pulled up the previous order. She led us to the recliner we wanted to purchase, it was seamless. She asked and was not pushy to see if there would be anything else. We looked and will be back!"

"The place itself is great but purchased a bedroom set and guardian also known as goof proof is a scam. I called as the bed frame had a large crack in it and they refuse to fix it. I paid 250 bucks for this warranty! I will no longer purchase from Bob’s as long as they are affiliated with Guardian. I will continue to spread the word and educate the public on this company as they are truly scamming people."
