"I am very sad to inform that we had my granddaughters birthday party at this facility last week. It went terribly wrong. Amongst other things that happened that day the most important for me was the lack cleanliness of the establishment and that the party hosts did not remove the cake toppings correctly(even though they were informed) and we had children choking on the cake. Thank Goodness none of the kids got seriously hurt. As a mother and a grandmother I strongly believe that the safety of the kids should be top priority but instead for them they just want to get you out the door as soon as possible so they can start the next party."

"Had my daughter's party here last week and it was a nightmare. Where should I start? They have a million parties happening at once,the whole place is run by teenagers, the manager is very rude,they don't even own a mop....and that's just some of the issues I had to deal with. Give your money elsewhere where it would be appreciated. Update: just received a call from the owner threatening me because I left this review. Telling me that me and my family are gang members because we were looking for tape in the drawers for the balloons because no one was to be found to help us set up. These people are ridiculous. Stay away from businesses like these. I am horrified. Never have I been treated this way. I can't believe people like this run a business. As per your reply to my review let me start of by saying no one from my party "loved" as you put it Amy the manager.If you checked the videos as you mentioned multiple times you can see that both party staff left the party unattended to bring in paper towels and a Swiffer that was requested by my guests because no one from your facility was doing anything to clean up the mess. As I mentioned on the phone but I guess you were too busy shaming me my guests and my family to hear that,that wasn't the mom that had to clean up the mess. It was another party guest that had to step in and clean up because nothing was being done. Kids and adults had to eat pizza with vomit from the sick child on the floor. As you saw in the messages I sent you from my guests,they were given napkins to clean the floor themselves. As per the bag that was lost since you checked the videos once again did you not see me going to the coat rack myself looking for the bag asking the staff for it and no one had any idea what I was talking about? I wasted half of my daughter's party doing your staffs job and I'm being shamed on top of that. I asked for help with the balloons from your staff and they looked at me baffled like I was speaking a different language. As for manipulating my daughter's words because like you mentioned she is a child, my daughter and her friends had a great time because of me and my guests not due to your staff. They did everything they could to ruin the party. Instead of at least hearing an apology for everything you put us through you have the nerve to call me and curse me out and my guests and blaming a child for getting sick. DISGUSTING. I HAVE REPORTED YOU and me and my 30 guests are telling everyone we know about our horrible experience at your well oiled machine. I'm sure the great reviews are either paid to be written or from family and friends. There is no other explanation. You will get what you deserve. I promise you."

"We had our son’s 6th Birthday party here yesterday. He and his friends had the best time. It is so clean and kept nicely. The staff is so nice and easy to communicate with. The party was conducted in a wonderful way to engage all children to play. Thank you for making our son so happy, all his friends had a wonderful time and the parents were pleased too. We loved the fact that they do one party at a time makes a big difference making your child feel special for their Birthday."

"Jumptown has been our GO-TO party place for several years and for several parties! The place is CONSTANTLY getting updated with new bouncers and fun activities for the kids, super super clean, and the staff is very very kind! Booking parties with jump town has always been the easiest and funnest process! Amy is so accommodating and makes sure everything is to our liking! We enjoyed the BIG, comfortable party rooms. My son also did a split sports party and bouncer party there which everyone was a fan of! Fun, clean, up-to-date, and memorable parties! Highly recommend!"

"My daughter just had her 4th birthday celebration this past Saturday with all of her friends. Kids wore their costumes it was great! This place is amazing. The kids had a blast and parents are all giving me great feedback! The helpers were fantastic as they kept a careful eye on all the kiddos and jumped in to assist when needed or even joined kids to ease some anxiety of the siblings about going down some awesome slides. The glow section was super cool and the kids enjoyed the music, bubbles, wind tunnel and candy cannon! The party room was set and clean and ready to entertain. A great experience overall! From planning to day of was easy!"
