"I like the clothes but staff is terrible . I've been in this store on four different occasions and was never greeted or asked if any assistance was needed even though staff saw me walk in. I love the clothes and have shopped at loft for years, but I avoid going to this store."

"I went to the loft at the Danbury Mall and a young, blonde haired woman greeted me while she was moving clothes in the front. While she was workings, I overheard her cursing loudly, complaining about the store and other customers and it made my experience very uncomfortable. I didn't feel it was an appropriate way for an employee to behave so publicly and really deterred me away from wanting to return. I've had friends who have gone on separate occasions and theyve noted a similar behavior. I know everyone has bad days, but there's a time and place."

"I did not know LOFT carried extended sizes. I just happened to be passing the store and caught that detail out of the corner of my eye. I went in and was pleasantly surprised at the offerings. For once, plus style does not have to look like I'm wearing my grandmother's quilt. I never, ever shop full price so I went right over to clearance. I bought a blouse and winter vest at an additional 50% off clearance price which came to something like $25. I went home to check out the online offerings and was so pleased to find over 400 items on sale and at a deep discount. I ended up opening up a card to get the extra 15%discount & ended up buying 21 items for $240. Not a bad haul. Slender shoppers have a world of shopping options but the struggle is real for us curvy ladies so I am thrilled to have discovered LOFT. Plus they participate with Ebates. Double win."
