"Store is always clean. Employees are friendly and always greeted upon entry. I love going during the week with no crowds. Always able to find good deals . After all these years they are still trendy and stylish. Plenty of parking outside, might have to walk a little depending on how crowded the mall is. It’s conveniently located not far from the mall entrance."

"I felt very uncomfortable walking into the store. It was a slow day and the manager at the front ask me a couple of questions and I went in. I hear as i’m still right in front of the store near the door he was VERY loud on his headset talking about me (what I looked like & what I was drinking). This rubbed me the wrong way as the whole mall could hear him as well I was not even 10 feet away from him. I understand you need to make a sale on a slow day but I think it unacceptable to be that obvious as it is very uncomfortable and it turns people away. I think next time to speak a little quitter when talking about a customer would be the way to go."

"The night crew is a disaster. The cashier at the register was yelling and chatting with her friends, oblivious to customers standing about. I think her name may be Jackie. I came back the next day and it was a totally different atmosphere- staff were coming out the woodwork to come and help me find my size in jeans and to make sure I had everything I need. Clothing is good - I love their jeans. They fit nice and last a while. I can’t comment on any other product as I’ve only ever bought jeans."
