"I only gave Van's a 4 out of 5 star rating because there was one employee who didn't work in the shoe section of the store yet always hung around by the "off the walls" shoes, so whenever anyone went up to ask him for a shoe size or different color he said "I don't work in this department". It's like he wants to piss you off, I don't know, too me that was the impression I was getting. I would go back their and I do recommend the their shoes."

"9/4/18 Sat there waiting to be helped with no acknowledgement. There’s two workers helping one customer each. No one else. They can’t multi task ??? Wanted a pair of slip on in a certain color. Didn’t have it so I was open to other solid colors in a size 7. He comes out with checkered. In sz 7.5. And doesn’t come to be cause he’s dealing with his first customer. Poor experience won’t be returning. I left them there told the girl that was there I haven’t been acknowledged or helped satisfactory, she didn’t care. Went over to zumiez told them about my experience, apparently they get that a lot. And they benefit cause they get the sales. Imagine that."
