"Bought $150 pants to be hemmed. I received an email 3 days later saying they were ready and thought it was odd, but hey maybe they work fast. I picked them up and tried them on. Surprise, they didn't fit. Brought them back 2 days ago and I have another email saying they're ready. Also no one picks up the phone so I need to go back to the store and waste more time and gas. It's a shame because this was a great store."
"Just fyi if you plan on exchanging your leggings here because lulus product is defective don’t!! The girl who first helped me with my exchange was amazing very sweet and considerate of the situation when I get to the register the second girl who rang me out greeted we the coldest “can I help.” And when I say what I was doing she said “oh” and rolled her eyes and rudely asked one of her coworkers to find the leggings I was exchanging who themselves have terrible reviews from product defects. When she was finishing with me rudely said well you’re not taking care of them right, don’t wash them with everything cause that’s what happens when you do and they’re not for everyday wear but keep in mind I had told her I don’t dry them with anything I always air dry my leggings as I owned lulus since I was 12 years old but even my boyfriend was there and said then what’s the point of buying leggings that cost 118 dollars if they’re made for sport’s wear. That being said, she continued to be significantly entitled and rude about the situation and very aggressively bag my leggings and aggressively hand them over to me. Sorry for hurting your feelings for wanting to make sure what I paid for is a good product and not falling apart on me while I wear it."
"Love their yoga mats, hoodies and other accessories. Employees were very nice with helping me find my mat. Prices are high, however, the quality is absolutely superior to any other workout brand that I have ever bought product from."
"Went in here on Friday evening around six to pick up some gym wear. The staff completely ignored me and looked the other way. I was in the store for about thirty minutes, staff was just standing around talking. There wasn’t even anyone at the register. Anyway, I’ll be taking my six hundred dollars that I had put away for new clothes to another clothing store. Their loss. Not mine. Guess I’m just not their type of clientele."
"I love Lululemon products but will not shop at the Danbury store anymore! I purchased a jacket ($118) for my daughter for Christmas and when I went to exchange the size in January they didn't have the same color. They pointed out the same exact item in different colors but said I would have to pay another $59 dollars for one of them since the color I had purchased was now on sale for $59. What?!?! I had the receipt and it was only 2 weeks after Christmas. I called the head quarters number and they said they never heard of such a policy-what store was I shopping at? Danbury! Yes, I too have spent thousands of dollars there but the Danbury store won't be getting another penny from me! The head quarters facility happily refunded me."
