"Everything is left to the person who provided the consignment items to try to follow up for payment, and to try to determine what was sold and what was not sold. There’s some sort of cross reference once a month only if you ask for it, they will only send you your consignment check if you ask for it. And please be aware, if you don’t call and ask for your check within four months they keep the money. They are not very forthcoming or being considerate of the people providing the items from which they are making money also. Not a very good business model."
