Mark slowly walked us through the whole process- what types of wood we could choose, coming to our house to do an initial look (free), and then setting up delivery AND installation of wood. The entire process was hands-free for my family. His installers were QUICK (two days!), friendly, and most importantly CLEAN (they left almost no sign they were there!). All the old stuff hauled away, AND they were able to move the big pieces of furniture around while installing!
