I reached out to Lori who was wonderful and I bought what my Mom needed over the phone. They went over and above and delivered the chair within an hour. "A & A Appliance recommended Foucault’s after diagnosing that my 22 year old Maytag washer was dead. I checked the big box stores and all the washer reviews and found a reasonably priced washer at Best Buy with great ratings. They had a 5 day window before delivery and an $80 charge for hoses and removing the dead washer. Final price would be over $700. I called Foucault’s, skeptical of the “call for best price” on the website for the model that I wanted. I spoke to Lori who gave me the same price as Best Buy. No charge for delivery, removal or hoses if I went with standard rubber. I called this past Friday. She said the washer had to be ordered and would be in Tuesday. Christine called yesterday (Monday) and said they could deliver the washer tomorrow (Tuesday). It’s Tuesday evening and I’m washing clothes in my new Maytag. Removal and installation was smooth as silk … and I saved at least $80. I would highly recommend Foucault’s and I will certainly use them again when it comes time to replace my dryer."
