The showroom inventory was not as great, not a big selection of accent furniture, limited end tables, coffee tables, console/entry tables, bookcases or shelving , etc…. mostly sofas and bedrooms a little disappointed, but my service was great !!"

"Recently, we have made visits to the Raymour and Flanigan store on the Berlin Turnpike. On our first trip in search of two new mattresses we were immediately greeted by Sandra. We told her why we were there, and she took us directly the Sleep Center Section of the store. We were a bit overwhelmed by the number of choices we had so Sandra asked us very specific questions to help us narrow the field. Then she graciously offered us two Stearns and Foster support pillows and a protective sheet so that we could explore the choices on our own, I made my selection fairly quickly but my it took my husband a little longer. Sandra patiently reviewed manufacturers, firmness, quality, and prices with him. My husband abandoned his personal search and simply decided to order a second mattress just like mine. With our needs in mind, Sandra left us to talk with her manager about the best possible deal for us. At this point, she noted our hesitance and reminded us that we had the unbelievable option of trying out our mattresses for thirty days and then returning to the store to start all over again if our choice didn't meet our expectations. ( I mean who does that?) Sandra stayed with us until the papers were signed and gave us her card just in case we had any more questions or lingering doubts about our purchase. From the onset, she had applied none of the pressure to buy that we had faced in numerous transactions in our lifetime, and we were so grateful that she had been the one who greeted us when we walked through the door that morning."

"Dave was incredibly friendly and helpful. All of the staff were quick to answer questions about upholstery colors and available configurations. I appreciated that Dave (the sales associate we worked with) was not at all pushy or high-pressure, he answered our questions when we had them and otherwise let us come to our own decisions. He was also very dedicated in helping us find an answer when the website and the in-store product literature disagreed on the dimensions of one of the pieces we were looking at. We were very satisfied with our visit, and can't wait for our new furniture to be delivered later this week!"
