"Bought a bedroom set here 14 weeks ago and still don't have all the pieces. The no-pressure sales experience was great but the customer service is far from professional. Delivery delays and damaged goods are bad enough but the complete lack of communication and follow-up is the worse part. I've been assured that I'll have everything I paid for by Wed 9/6 but I'm not counting on it. Update: We finally received everything by 9/25. The mirror frame had some cosmetic flaws and the dresser and mirror are several shades darker than the original pieces. When I sent photos to Joseph on 9/26 he didn't respond. My husband went to the store several times before he saw him and asked what he could do to get us a set with matching finishes. He said he'll order everything new. We'll see."
