"We met with Lisa in Newington on several occasions during our renovation process. At each visit, she was knowledgeable and patient with us. We took advantage of her courtesy visit to our home (with many samples). This gave us great comfort having her understand and feel our space. She listened to our needs and had wonderful suggestions. Upon delivery, we had a couple of minor concerns on the leather chairs. At Lisa’s urging, we contacted customer service and had a prompt and professional response.
