I refer them to tons of people, I'm really confused about the bad reviews bc they're really nice and provide a great value. Always respectful of my property and fix any issues that come up with my pool immediately.. and explain any issues to me so I know what's going on. Easy and transparent billing, reasonable prices. A+ service - couldn't ask for more!"

"Andrew and his team recently installed an in-ground salt water pool at our home. The project was completed on time and on budget. We’re very happy with the the whole experience. The pricing was very fair and we were blown away with the overall quality. We have received many compliments about the pool from our guests. Also we continued with the weekly pool maintenance and have been very pleased with everything. Kudos to Andrew and the whole team."

"Its first time when I am writing negative review on somebody. Terrible service,very unprofessional and dishonest. After pool visual inspection Andrew requested $500 cash as a deposit upfront saying he will open, maintain and closing the pool after the season.Been very naive and trusting him I gave him money. Once he received money, he went around the pool again and told me that I have a lot of problems with my pool and requested $500 more and I never ever had a problems with my pool before. First time he came to clean the pool, he used my pool skimmer without any protection unit to catch all after winter garbage and debris and completely clogged the skimmer. and blamed me for this. He also went to my basement and took my chemicals instead of using his according to our agreement. After all I already had two pool companies who was trying to unclogged the pipes, and they coudn't. I would never recommend to anyone to have business with this company."

"I'm in the customer service business and the only thing I can say that I can not believe this business is still in business. When we were at work they came to close our 25 foot above ground pool. We provided the materials needed to perform the job. They did not install the anti freeze bubble they did not even put any anti freeze in the pool. They added shock that we already had. Then they move the pump in front of our garage and do not move the sand filter (witch is the hardest part). After receiving the first bill that was $275.00 ($100.00 more then we were quoted) I read on the bottom of the bill it was 30 days late. I have left a total of 10 messages and have not received 1 call back. I would not recommend this company to any body. One more thing after watching the cameras they were at my house for a total of 26 minutes."

"This is the first time I have ever written a negative review (I generally don't believe in doing so), but feel obligated to warn other individuals about this company. I used them for the first time this year. They were very careless and tore my pool liner during the set up. I had to pay a diver out of pocket to fix it. The owner of the company gave me his word that he would reduce my bill because of the error. Instead, he charged me more (they came out several times to inspect the tear they made and charged me for the trips). They also charged me for a 2 wk cleaning that they never did. I have tried to contact the owner multiple times to address the bill and he has ignored me. I would discourage anyone from having the same experience."
