"Hello ! If you are desiring to visit a lovely store in Westport, CT...look no further than OKA on Main Street. While the furnishings offered for one's home / office is ravishingly beautiful in COLOR, TEXTURE, FORM and LINE,...one will notice right away the Fabrics ...all over this large, open and welcoming space. Regardless of your preferred item of purchase...whether they be cushions, pillows, lamp shades, dining linens, etc...the fabrics are out of this world ! These are varied patterns and delicious colors go far beyond the .."the everyday, what you see everywhere" palettes with well-known and high end companies and design houses. I will close in mentioning the staff and employees who greeted my husband and I on our first visit. The softness, kindness, warmth and ease each person expressed to the us and the other customers, were a far cry from the ordinary: Knowledgeable, but not hovering, Listening carefully to our personal needs and style preferences, and Offering suggestions and guidance when asked to do so. One was made to feel she could sashay through the Beauty and peacefulness of this space...taking it in at my own pace. We left inspired,. Our ideas, along the expertise we received, were tweaked. and our conversation during the drive back to New Haven was a JOY. A wonderful morning in OKA. "When I moved back the US the one thing I missed the most was my Oka around the corner in Sunninghill. We had decorated our place outside of Windsor with Oka to make it a home. I brought back several pieces from Oka to the US but really missed walking through the store. While I have ordered a few new things since I left from the UK and the New US warehouse (ok, maybe more than a few) to have this new store a reasonable drive from Philadelphia is just fantastic. When I walked in it was so much like the London flagship store - I really enjoyed it and am planning regular trips over to Westport each season!"

"I receive catalogs from this company so was excited to visit the brick and mortar store. Very pretty, well laid out space, but customer service was non-existent. I was one of a handful of people in the store, but not one of the three salespeople there said hello when I walked in or offered to help me as I walked around - they appeared to be more interested in their phones and chit chatting amongst themselves. I might as well just order what I want from the website."
