"I tried to refund a gift item on new years eve. There were not many people shopping there and there were 4 workers. First I was asked if the items were from WS even though the items were never opened and all the labels and stickers were still attached. Then it over an hour to get a an exchange because they had to generate an emerchandise email. I have never spent over an hour on a simple xmas gift exchange. I willnever shop there again. Also, I will tell my mom and mt sister to never shop there. They both spent in total, nearly $2000 I'm purchases."
