"Had an amazing experience at the Westport HomeGoods today. By far the best HomeGoods in CT with the best selection. Everyone was so nice and went out of their way to help me. I had 3 large paintings in my shopping cart and as I was exiting an aisle, I accidentally bumped into the corner of a painting which then tipped and knocked over a tree lol. I was so mortified I felt so terrible and two employees came up and were so kind and reassuring even though I was turning red and so mortified. Rafael offered to take my cart and bring it up to the front for me and I said no no it’s okay many times but he insisted and was very kind. I then went to checkout and the cashier Delilah was also so kind and friendly. They both went out of their way when they really didn’t have to, to be friendly and helpful and over the top so nice. Rafael then offered to bring my cart to my car and help me unload my large paintings. It took me many times of telling him no it’s okay you’ve been so helpful enough for him to let me go without his help. I never write reviews, literally ever, but they gave me such a great experience I had to share. I manage a business in a service industry where customer service is very important and after this experience I strive to find employees who are so kind and go the extra mile like Rafael and Delilah did tonight. I’m sure all of the other employees are wonderful too"
