"The only reason stars are being removed is because of the man I encountered and worked with. He was miserable and seemed miserable with life. It was such a hard time dealing with him. I have so much respect for workers in stores and I left so incredibly frustrated. After reading reviews my gut feeling of feeling discriminated bc I looked different than the staff seems quite possible. Crate and Barrel are not cheap items, and I wanted to ensure the quality of the products purchased were well. Well I’m so sorry for wanting to ensure this, because he seemed SO bothered. The quality of products and the other workers deserve 5 stars. I never write reviews but I truly am baffled at his customer service, it was terrible. A shame, because I rave to everyone about this Crate and Barrel."

"When you buy it seems all good… however it was delivered later vs what was told. One product was damaged and there was another missing which no one has idea about when will be delivered! The help to solve problem and attention a a customer is really not ideal. I Won’t buy there again! If I knew, I would not spend $15k there"
