"We ordered a kitchen table top and were quoted 6-8 weeks...At 9 weeks I called for update, no response. Emailed, no response. At 10 weeks I did the same, finally to get an email reply that "they were behind on orders". No apology, no compensations, no explanation. Weeks went by and I attempted to keep in touch for updates with no reply. Finally at 16 WEEKS they replied we "might be on the schedule for next weekend, but it's only a 50-50 chance". Again, no apology, no compensations, no explanation. At 17 weeks we got a call to schedule delivery. The table came and was NOTHING like what we ordered. Actually almost the opposite, we sent it straight back to them on the truck. Very disappointing. When I expressed my concerns of disappointment and to obviously cancel the order all together, once again there was no response. Thankfully we only put down a 100$ deposit from the beginning. Poor professionalism, poor customer service. Beautiful looking furniture but sadly without professional courtesy this business will surly fail."
