"As this is shared by West Point Military Academy and the town of Highlands, this used to be private lands taken by eminent domain by the Federal government. It was improved by the DOD before the pandemic and has since reopened it hasn't been restored yet to the improved version it was. Please put back the docks and other equipment etc. Please continue to improve this area ty"

"Very inexpensive. It would be great if they had a floating dock or something to swim out to and expand the swimming area. There is also a small half basketball court."
