"They do not give you correct information to maintain a pool and sell you incorrect chemicals causing you to waste money. They have all of the info on our pool and still make errors with products they suggest to clean our pool, causing it to look worse and waste money. We have been using them for years and this has been a continous problem. Their staff needs to be better trained. We've been coming here because the location is convenient for us but we will be taking our business elsewhere even if we have to drive further."
"This is now my second hot tub purchase. Customer service is top notch. The owner, Kurt, personally came to my house at night after hours to teach me the functionality of the tub. I can speak from experience that they 100% honor the warranty/service contract and personally perform all of the work themselves rather than hiring a 3rd party. I highly recommend."
"In a time when good customer service is almost impossible to find, This company and there knowledgeable technician gives me another company I will gladly use and recommend any time. Doug showed up on time and ready to work he was going to service our hot tub.Before opening the lid Doug cleaned the acorns off as not to damage our cover, he got to work and explained everything to us. He told us what needed to be done did it explained how to keep our hot tub in top shape and what would possibly be needed in the future. The bill was VERY reasonable for such GREAT work. Thank you to your company for sending an awesome representative of your business to my home. You have a loyal customer for life."
