"Our son loves the clothes.We normally buy online but since we were in the mall I let him go shopping. The young teens who were working in this store were more worried about chatting with their friends than helping customers. They were rude and stuck up. I spent over $400.00 in this store. I was given a cheap thin paper bag for all of my sons clothes that ended up breaking while walking the rest of the mall. I don't know if the company is trying to save pennies by not using their thick Hollister bags but I was not a happy camper. We are putting Hollister on a time out for now."
