"Do not rent the house on 503 first street. its disgusting, with maze like rooms, incomplete floors, cabinetry, and whatever was completed, was done by an amateur, disgusting and badly finished surfaces, air conditioning and plumbing issues from day one, there is no way this house should pass inspection to be rented. Yet, this rental agency took the opportunity take our money for this disaster house and offered to give us our money back and move out after day one of discovering everything that was wrong. Sure, around 4th of july weekend, my family and I were to go door to door and look for a summer rental, this reminds of a movie I saw back in the day. I'm glad we came back without hurting our selves and or not getting sick. Our attorney should handle the rest so that this doesn't happen again to anyone else."
