"My wife and I recently stayed at Ruby's Cove. It was the perfect spot for us to stay during our week-long getaway from the city. With just three guest rooms and plenty of space on the first floor and on the expansive deck, we felt very comfortable throughout our stay. And Donna was a wonderful, gracious host. She was very accommodating to our arrival and departure times, and offered thoughtful recommendations for restaurants and other things for us to enjoy. We had an especially good time taking her bicycles on the short ride to the nearby Kontokosta Winery and 67 Steps Beach. We would definitely stay here again when visiting Greenport!!"

"Our son and daughter in law had to cancel at the last minute so they gave us a call and asked if we would like to take their place. It was like a gift from heaven so we jumped in it. The stay was perfect. Donna, the owner makes you feel like it's your home. There are so many little things she does like having cake and coffee for you and fresh fruit for you to snack on when you are wondering around Green Port. The home is decorated with such class and caring. We would definitely go back again."

"If you want to pull the plug and really just relax this gorgeous home is the place to be. You immediately feel welcome with music that fills the home with a grace of a time long gone in our rush around lives. The furniture and details are so perfect for curling up with a book Donna is a delightful host and an amazing cook. She will surprise you with special breakfasts with local produce Also get ready to sleep longer than usual! There are no televisions no chaos no stress. My only regret is having to leave !"

"Donna is an incredible Innkeeper who goes out of her way to make your stay most relaxing & enjoyable. Not to mention there is not a place she hasn't been to that she cant recommend :) The location of Ruby's is absolutely unbeatable! We rented a car to visit Greenport & wish we had skipped the traffic & taken the train because Ruby's is within walking distance to ALL the great restaurants & shops. And you can Bike or Uber to the vineyards! Also, we like to support the local businesses so staying at Rubys is good for the pocket & the soul :) Hope to come back in the fall for Harvest! Thanks so much Donna & best of luck to you :)"

"Ruby's Cove was a great place to stay in Greenport! We spent 2 nights there, and thoroughly enjoyed the hospitality of our host Donna. She made delicious breakfast for us (can accommodate vegan as well!), gave us great suggestions on things to do / places to go in Greenport, and has amazing style and great taste in music! The house feels like a museum exhibit, complete with an ornate parlor, study, beautiful windows and original details. We were able to borrow some bicycles from the barn and since the house is located just blocks from just about everything, we had an easy & fun time getting around. Will definitely be back!"
