"If I could give them zero stars I would. The girls who work there are not only ugly but rude as well. Horrible customer service. Do better by hiring people who actually want to work in retail."

"Good Afternoon, Today I visited Danbury fair mall. And was having a pleasant shopping experience till I entered this H&M location. As I went to checkout I provided the sales associate with my family and friends card that I received 2019. Usually they would honor the family and friends discount but she very very nasty threw my card out in the trash bin and said she cannot offer me any discount. I then explained why would she rudely throw out my card to the trash without explanation and she said she had to confiscate it. I told her there was a whole pandemic and I have stood away from my friend who gave me this card. And she did not want to give my card which she threw in the trash. I then told her I wanted my card back and she refused. I asked her for a manager and the manager did not even ask me my side of the story she just apologized for her rude employee. When I asked her for her employees name she then said why? This was the “store manager” which said her name was sherry? And eventually gave me the rude sales associates named Gia. I never ever experienced so bad customer service. I paid full price for my items because I never insisted on the discount I just wanted my card back because that was something that was given to me by my friend and she had no right to throw away my card. I would love to receive a response from the district manager about this embarrassing disturbing experience."

"Under rude management, then people wonder why retail companies go under. Mary was extremely unhelpful, as a manager there’s always a way to make the customers day, it’s not our issue if your online website is offline and won’t allow a customer to sign up for a new loyalty program to earn coupons, and save 10% on a first purchase. What’s a 10% manual entry to not have a frequent buyer complain about the service."

"This particular store is having technical issues . I tried making a return and was told they had no way of doing it due to a system problem beginning 6/1. They offered me no solution or alternative other than to "call corporate "and complain about it. While both employees were apologetic and polite I was unable to get a refund with a clear time line as to when it might be resolved. I feel the manager should have been able to offer me a cash refund being I had a receipt and was within the return policy timeline. Neither are there signs anywhere on the store inside or out saying they are unable to take returns. Buyer beware!"
