"I absolutely love Janie and Jack. The quality of the clothing is fantastic and it's one of a kind. The designs are absolutely beautiful and unique. The price can be a little higher but your paying for quality which is definitely worth it. They make it very easy to find an entire outfit with different styles. The staff are always so kind and helpful. I was trying to find a specific size, it wasn't online so she called another store and found it. Most places wouldn't do that and she didn't hesitate. I would definitely buy from Janie and Jack if you want quality clothing."

"I love Janie and Jack. I order online regularly and sometimes shop the Janie and Jack outlet stores. I had a return from a gift that was a little over the 45 day policy (which I didn't even know was the policy as I didn't check my gift receipt and I've never returned anything to J&J.) I will never visit this location again. The manager was so condescending and rude to me. Acted like I was a horrible person for coming after the 45 days. Then said she wanted to help me and give me the reduced price of the clothes instead of just a credit for what was actually paid. I would never go back to this location again. Also, corporate should really change this policy. 60 or 90 days would really be a better policy. I won't be back."

"I felt racially profiled in this store. Rather than feeling free to walk around and buy some baby clothes as a gift for a friend, I was constantly bombarded with a sales associate and it wasn't your usual greeting and asking how are you. It felt like there were undertoned microaggressions going on. Disappointed in this establishment."

"We bought a dress but took the wrong size by mistake. When we came back to exchange it, the sales person took it to the back of the store and when she came back she said that it was stained and they could not accept it back. We didn't take it out of the bag, so, do their bags stain? Was it already stained? Who knows. So wasted money. Never coming back"

"Love the clothes....especially when getting a good sale price. I went into the store to avoid shipping charges. I was happy to find the dress I wanted for my daughter's birthday but was shocked by the customer service. The nasty sales associate made it clear that she was annoyed to have to wait on me. Besides voicing my total and putting my couple items in a bag....she couldn't have ignored me more... making me feel as if I was very unwelcome in the store. I think next time I will suck up the $9 shipping charge."
