"Went to purchase earrings for my grandmother a few days before christmas as you can imagine it was busy. We waited about 10 minutes as it was crowded with everyone making last minute purchases, i had picked out the pair of earrings and was informed they were 14k and 1/2 carat diamond the girl at the desk told me it was $239 with some change, i paid cash and made sure to get a gift receipt and went on with my shopping. After looking at my receipt a few days later my receipt says the total was $185.34 10k cubic zirconia, i never got my change back. I called the store, corporate, and then the store again nobody could help me. i ended up going back to the store and the manager checked the receipt and called up the associate that rang me up and she asked her if she took the money she obviously said no and the manager said well thats all i can do for you. Very unprofessional business and quite literally stole my money when they knew they would get away with it."
