"If I could give a 0/5, I would have had. I'm sad to say that our experience at the hair salon was both disappointing and unsatisfactory. One of our main issues was that my daughter's hair was cut unevenly, falling far short of any reasonable expectation. This kind of service is certainly hard to overlook. As for my case, I went anticipating a vibrant hair dye job. Tragically, the result was far from remarkable, in fact, my hair looks as though it was barely touched. Additionally, despite my explicit request for a haircut, there was insistence from the stylist that I didn't need one. Given the lamentable outcome of my daughter's cut, I was eventually grateful that my hair wasn't subjected to their substandard service. This salon, therefore, truly missed the mark and will not be earning our future patronage."

"I’m so frustrated. My scalp is burning leaving this place. The worse experience I ever had in a hair salon. I came here because of the good reviews. I asked for chocolate cherry hair color, cut & blow dry. I came at 11:30 and needed to leave to get my son at 2:30pm. She dyes my hair and the top is bright red, I couldn’t believe it. The bottom was bright red and brown which I didn’t ask for. She dyed my hair another 45 minutes then came over and put more dye in my hair. My scalp was burning and I told her take it out before you damage my hair. She had no idea what she was doing! She told me to wait another 20 minutes with the dye in my hair I told her absolutely not. I’m leaving it 2:15, you don’t need to cut my hair or blow dry. She charged me $100 just for color change. Worse experience I ever had. I will never come here ever again. Unprofessional, uneducated, dye was on my forehead on my neck on my shirt when I left the salon. Terrible Service!"

"Today I had the pleasure of getting my hair cut at M D salon. I have never stepped foot in the salon prior to this visit. I have wanted to change my hairstyle for quite some time, but due to my crazy work schedule I just have not had time to get to a hair salon and I did not know where to go. My partner suggested M D and I called to see if they could accomodate a walk-in appointment. I was very happy when they told me to come in. I was about to make a major hair decision in a salon that I have never been in with a stylist that I did not know. I took off about 10 inches and opted for an angled bob. Jenny put my mind at ease and did an incredible job. I left feeling like a whole new person and could not be happier with the results. It also didn't hurt that the price was very reasonable compared to other salons. I have already told several of my friends about the experience and cannot wait to go back and see what else I can have done."
