"Brittney made the entire process of purchasing an engagement ring my fiancée loves an enjoyable experience - even for someone who dreads the mall or shopping in general. As someone who spends 6 hours a day on conference calls and meetings - working with Brittney was refreshing - she's authentic - not pushy and made both of us feel extremely comfortable - making the whole experience conversational from the start. I would just say some of the popular other stores felt much more transactional as if you were purchasing a new vehicle.
