"At the store in Holyoke mall between 5pm and 5:30 PM on 11/11/2023. With my adopted little girls on a shopping spree. Two Caucasian females didn't seem comfortable with the fact that my little girl Caucasian herself called me daddy in the store. The two females showed displeasure expressing facial effects of dissgust and walked away from the register having a black female attend us. My two other girls noticed this and asked me why. I wish I had an answer for them. However, I did act as if I never noticed even though I did. It's very sad when people behave this way as if it were wrong for our little girl to call me daddy being of a different race. We've had the child since she was 6 months old she is now 8 years old, and we at the time were the best fit to care for her and our other two. I actually felt proud and felt a sense of satisfaction throughout the ordeal in a sense. I hope that with the date and time posted, someone who can make a difference will."

"The workers here are SO rude. First off you shouldn’t be complaining about kids being in there especially with a store full of them and parents and loudly. And it’s a store for kids! Second another cashier was EXTREMELY rude. I would definitely check into the people you hire and how they act around customers."

"went in with my sister (who’s 10 and looks it), the girl working wasn’t overly friendly. i didn’t think anything of it because we all have those days. she had mentioned buy 3 get 3 free on jewelry and hair accessories. my sister asked me what that meant. the girl working leaned over her and repeated the same sentence my sister didn’t understand in her face. it caught me off guard so i just took her across the store finished shopping and went to check out. she said nothing other than the total with an attitude that was just uncalled for. I won’t lie and say i didn’t say something because i did. it was just uncalled for, unnecessary, and flat out rude especially to a kid who simply asked a question. if she’s working i won’t be in there again."

"It was packed of course because of Black Friday and the deals but it was nice. The store was full though it seemed staff had everything handled which was comforting to see. They where very nice and sweet and even reassured my niece the deal they had going that if she picked out 1 more item it would be buy 3 get 3 free which I appreciated cause I had forgotten all about it and we did just that. She was very happy so thank you very much to the cashier who helped us and ranged up our items!"

"One of my favorite stores to go to!! ♡♡ super friendly service and u also give u a small basket to use if u dont carry so much stuff in your hands. A great place to bring your kids. Everything is super girly and affordable. love all the jewelry and accessories you can buy there and you can also buy something as gift for you and your bffs or family with the buy 3 get 3 free sale."
