"This place robbed me of fake Silver and now I can't do anything about. The owner is a heartless person who robs people of their money"
"My son was convinced his necklace was pure from this place spent a significant amout of momey in december. The charm he bought is fake cold coated plastic and necklace is 10k gold plated not real gold like stated. My son was sitting in the car and his necklace just fell into his lap not even sure how it broke but it did it right in dead center of necklace. Its a tight rope chain so only way to be fixed is by sodering. This place is a scam and i do not recommend anyone buying from there."
"For starters I never leave reviews, and I leave this one review to educate any future or existing customers. Stay Far Far Away, run before they rob you!!! If I could leave less than one star, I most certainly would! My husband bought a ring on June 19th, 2021. Today, October 13th, 2021 I went back to shirin jewelers at the Holyoke mall in hopes to get my ring fixed. At the time of the purchase we inquired about insurance and warranty and the owner himself stated “no no if you have any issues you bring it back here, and we will take care of you”. We were told this ring was of VS quality. My husband paid $1500 for this ring. Speaking with the owner today he had accused me of hitting my hand very hard causing two diamonds to fall out. After I had stated I’m very careful with my jewelry and I work in an office setting the owner states “ I don’t know what to tell you this ring is not round it looks like it took a bad whack”. After asking the owner how this could be fixed he gave me a price of $150. Just purchasing the ring a few months back I was not very happy with the response and voiced that I don’t feel I should have to pay when the damage is not my fault. Again he says $150 is the best I can do. Before I could finish with “let me talk to my husband” the owner starts to walk away dismissing me. I then took this ring to hannoush to get a second opinion on this ring. After putting under the microscope and assessing they asked “Did you buy this at Kay”? When looking under the microscope the engraving says Ever Us which is One of Kay Jewlers collections. After discovering this ring was preowned the hannoush consultant informs me that there are no signs of damage and let’s me look under the microscope and shows me the engraved collection name and another diamond loose about to fall out as well as informing me that this ring is not VS quality this is I (Included category) quality. If you do not know I quality is on the opposite end of VS quality. Returning back to Shirin we stated the facts of no signs of damage after getting a second look we asked once more what they could do for us. After repeating $150 is the best they can do for a repair we had asked if we could sell back the ring at this point. The owner states we don’t buy used jewelry. But they are okay with selling used preowned jewelry considering our purchase was from Kay collection as well as lying about the authenticity of pieces of jewelry. Poor customer service, reselling jewelry at an immense price markup, and lying about the authenticity of the pieces they sell we will most certainly not be doing any business at all with Shirin jewelry inside the Holyoke mall in MA. They offer quick one hour repairs which may sound convenient at the time but I would NOT trust this business with any piece of jewelry with the way they run their business."
"DISAPPOINTED! Not sure of what type of service my fiance received when he purchased my ring. Been a little over a year now and my diamond has fallen. I have been trying to get ahold of the repair person for 2 weeks and have not been successful. I keep getting the runaround on fixing my ring that I have insurance on."
"Located at the Holyoke Mall, cheapest watch and other accessory batteries, great service. The clerk and or Owner has a personality and knows what they're talking about."
