"I’ll start off with this……I wasn’t expecting the level service we received from the Namco crew. Started off buying simple plumbing parts that then manifested to buying our Dolphin pool cleaner. Fast forward a month later my wife and decided to purchase a hot tub. James, Jessica and the the rest of the crew took their time answering questions that made us feel comfortable making that large purchase. To go even further, we took delivery of the hot tub and the installer did not install the cover remover correctly and caused it to tear our cover. The pool itself was delivered right to my house way before the estimated date, and the install company (KJD Enterprises) had the whole thing installed in less then 2 hours!!!
