"I have been going to Lululemon for years, but this customer service is not acceptable. I try calling the store throughout anytime of the day and no one ever answers the phone. When I go into the store, it’s empty and all the employees are just talking. This store specifically has many things that needs to be worked on. The employees are rude and they are not very helpful."

"Was trying to return online items in the store, had a receipt and paid with PayPal. An older man working at the store who happened to come by the cashier and was NOT directly helping me at check out made a big deal about the return. Had to wait for Lululemon customer service to be called who indeed verified I had purchased via PayPal. Had never received this treatment at other lululemon stores especially since I had receipts and proof of purchase. It was obvious the older man didn’t believe me even when I was telling the truth. A return that was supposed to take a few mins ended up taking 15 mins. No apology was made. Would recommend skipping this store."
