"I made an appointment for an oil change, inspection, and to put my snow tires on. They told me it was going to be $1,808.00 plus taxes for my car to be fixed. They said I need rear coil springs and shocks for my suspension, a new battery and air filter. I went in for minimal items to be completed and was told it would be TWO THOUSAND DOLLARS?!! Absolutely ridiculous. I took it somewhere else the next day and they said my coils were fine, just some paint chipping off, but they were not broken at all. Without them being broken, how could I fail inspection? They stated it was a safety issue and took my inspection sticker off and would not give me a 10 day replacement sticker. Even more concerning, they gave me two documents- one stating I needed rear coil springs, the other stating front coil springs? Thank God I said no and got a second opinion. They passed my inspection and said none of those things were needed. They even questioned the documentation - one stating rear and one stating front end? They were clearly taking advantage of me as a woman and I am disgusted. I will never go back. How can you think that is okay? How is that your standard for service? To over charge? In healthcare if that happened, if a physician ordered extra tests or blood work - they would be fined and penalized for it. You should be as well. There should be laws against this. You should be ashamed of yourselves."

"I took my car here for a new tire installation. When I got home and went to open the passenger side door on my car, it didn’t open properly. And upon further inspection (visual of coarse), I saw that the right hand side of where my door opens was bent inwards. I own a near mint condition 2003 Subaru Forester, and now the door is destroyed because of the carelessness of this shop. Mistakes happen and are understandable;however, damaging a person’s car and neglecting to tell them about it is not understandable. I didn’t notice it until I went home and tried to open my passenger door. If you get work done here make sure you inspect your vehicle before driving it off of the lot - very important important :). In fact, I’d recommend taking before and after pictures. A simple tire installation should not result in damage done to my vehicle, which leads me to suspect the damage might have been intentional. Do not come here. If they can’t be trusted to do a basic tire installation, imagine the type of damage they could do dealing with your brakes, suspension parts engine fluids, etc. it’s sad when a simple job can’t be done properly. stay away for your own good. Don’t make my mistake."
