"The guy was very nice in person but...Don’t charge my card without my permission when you’re supposed to call me to discuss my complaints about the uhaul rental. The owner of the location never answers the phone, has no voicemail, and the uhaul representative did not explain that if I kept the uhaul for extra days I would pay $20 every day plus rent on the moving blankets that I thought I bought. What I thought would be cheap ended up being almost $250 and there was no one to explain it to me when I’d call. And since the store owner wouldn’t answer, Uhaul wouldn’t update my reservation because they couldn’t add a new payment method, so I had no idea what I would owe. Then I request to talk to a representative and after a week they just charge my card!"
