"Very poor experience with this company. They installed our water softener in 2016, and over the years we have called many times requesting service of their equipment with no response to repeated calls. We called them again numerous times in 2022 with no response, so ended up using Gottier plumbing in the interim. We also called their emergency line this weekend in hopes of receiving a response, to again get no call back after 3 tickets were submitted by their after hours staff. We finally got a hold of someone who confirmed they no longer service their own water softener equipment. Look elsewhere if you need responsiveness or servicing."

"First Rate Family Owned Company! Scott and Nancy are honest, thorough and efficient in every aspect of delivering service. Riley has been my plumbing company for at least fifteen years. I have found them to be reliable and accommodating each and every time I have needed service. In addition, I have a service contract with them that gives members priority in an emergency plus a 15 percent discount on parts. Scott was here last week with another technician and they were able to perform an additional service right on the spot. I definitely found that to be convenient. When they were here they even gave me a beautiful wall calendar and some hand sanitizer. That is old fashioned service at its best!"

He noticed an issue that required immediate attention that the previous company who came out to look at my system did not notice at all. He took action to rectify the situation before I even told him I would be giving him my business. His final price came out almost $1000 less than the company that I had used for over a decade.  He completed the job in an hour less than the other company told me they would need, and took care of my property so as not to leave a mess. "We had a leaky kitchen sink faucet that needed to be replaced. Scott came out the morning after I called and addressed the problem very quickly! Luckily he had some very nice, high quality faucets with him, so I didn't have to wait to order one. As he replaced it, he showed me the difference in quality of the faucet I had, with the one he was replacing it with. It was night and day. He guaranteed the faucet for 4 years as well. He was very friendly, and personable and gave me advice on some other plumbing questions I had. To note, he was very safety conscious; taking many COVID related precautions including wearing a mask, gloves, and laying down a mat on the floor where he was working. He cleaned up thoroughly when he was done. I felt very comfortable having him in my home and he was very professional. I highly recommend Riley Plumbing and Heating!
