"Be extremely careful. Bike locked up at 120 cadence and Peloton admitted frame failure. I was badly injured. While very upset I was willing to give Peloton another try so I called them and they said they wouldn’t send a replacement bike for 2 months and would not be able to refund any payments from the date bike broke. Obviously dangerously irresponsible company decision that has now led to litigation. This company is growing too fast and they’re sacrificing client satisfaction in the process which will surely come back to haunt them."

"Why go to the showroom? Some reasons maybe... ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- We looked online when we were interested in buying a bike and almost just ordered online. Decided to go into the showroom to check it out before ordering. There are a few things we got from making our order from the showroom: * try on shoes for size, they have all the sizes to try on, so you can be sure before you order, we have read online returns can be difficult so good to get it right in your order * if you dont know an existing owner, you can get a referral code, prob lots of places online to find referrals, but good for $100 off * someone to ask questions about the process, most questions about order are splashed around different places online. We were curious about deals around ordering both a tread and bike together (only a small discount on delivery, meh). Getting on a bike can be awkward as lots of people coming in and out of the store while yer there. They have a private bike in the back which you might be able to reserve. Making the order was quick, they know the process well and once we started the order it was maybe 10 mins till we were walking out (even through the financing process). We were in the showroom for 45 mins, three of us tried on shoes, hopped on a bike for a few mins, discussed the details of our order, and checked out. Pretty good! All in all, if you are ordering a bike and want to make sure you get the most from your order without investing a ton of time, we reccomend a showroom visit to place your order as it was informed and quick for us."

"Planned to purchase both the bike and the new treadmill. Multiple associates were in the store when I arrived- only one was assisting a customer. They all looked in my direction numerous times but never bothered to even say hello, until I was walking out their front door.
