"I asked for them to bring me out Jordan 1 low, upon getting home after driving an hour away. I saw they gave me Jordan 1 mids instead of Jordan 1 low. It’s probably cause I asked for 4 shoes total, take your time. Ruined my day seeing 1 pair I didn’t even want to buy to begin with.."
"The store itself was good with a great selection of shoes. The employee who helped me didn't know much about shoes. Told me the crocs I wanted, they didn't have it women's size. I told her that they are both for men and women and had to explain that M is for men and W is for women. And then she kept coming back with the wrong size and looked annoyed when I said that's not the size I wanted. I knew exactly what I wanted and it would of been a quick sale."
"Very piss poor customer service. Ordered a pair of shoes online and tried to return them only to recieve a very unprofessional attitude, accused of damaging the shoes, and then was refunded a lesser amount than paid originally. Corperate doesnt even care or try to help because YES we called. Stay away and patronize another store that is not apart of their shoe store conglomerate. Multiple stores are owned by the same company in this mall. Be aware."
"Terrible store rep who refused a return of brand new Jersey and lied that it smells really bad. I bought the jersey for my nephew, but the size was too small after he tried it on so I tried to return it within the return policy time frame. Be cautious on buying sporting goods from Champ as employees don't follow the return policy and will make up excuses on denying the return/exchange.."
