"I am very offended, today September 20th, I went to buy some nike tennis shoes in this store and the woman who attended me made me feel bad, she spoke very ugly to me, she made bad gestures at me, she is also racist and she threw the receipt for my shoes, and I asked her for a gift receipt and she told me she didn't have it, and another girl helped me get it and she threw it back into my hands, the worst attention I've ever had in my life, I don't know how these kind of racist people work here Just because I don't speak English and I'm Latina, I will definitely never go shopping in this store again."

"Yesterday was worst experience I ever had in a finish line. I went to the Trumbull, CT Store to pick up my raffle win for the Jordan 5 Ghost Green along with my girlfriend. While their we were treated with rudeness, and indifference from the manager. We were told that we could not use our Status Rewards on this purchase and we we asked why we were told “maybe you should read the Terms and Conditions before assuming something”. I reviewed the terms and conditions and I found nothing stating that Jordan releases are excluded, in addition this was not an issue last week for the Jordan 1 Satin release. When I asked how we could reach the district manager with this issue, we were told “they have better things to do then listen to complaints from customers.” and to call the 1-800 number on the back of the receipt. She then refused to provide us her name and walked into the stockroom ignoring us completely. I have not been treated like this in any store, let alone with a company I spend literally thousands of dollars at."
