"After getting zero customer service at two other shoe stores in this mall I went to footlocker and had a pleasant experience thanks to the young lady who helped me and my daughter find what she was looking for with great recommendations! so if you're in that mall go and see Gigi a professional salesperson!"
"The customer service was great in the beginning but I ended up leaving disappointed. I found a pair of shoes I loved that they were selling for roughly $140. My girlfriend wanted to see if anyone had her size online so she looked them up and discovered Nike was selling them for roughly $80 in my size. I asked an employee if they would price match and the man said “I’m pretty sure they can, just go to the register and they’ll apply it for you.” When I got there and mentioned it, the woman brushed my request off and said they don’t do price matches. I understand the man said “pretty sure” but if he didn’t know he should have just said that. I ended up ordering them for Nike for $85 after tax and free shipping."
