"Pretty ridiculous to know that not only is in store customer service god-awful at best, but the online ordering system is equally as atrocious! What is the point of allowing a customer to place an order online for items that aren’t even in stock, leading to cancellation the following day and not even a courtesy call or substitution option follow up??!! Is it too much to ask for Party City to keep track of inventory availability?!!"
"Long line and just one cashier working. The other workers were setting stuff up. 10 min went by before another cashier showed up. UPDATE 3 years later and this store is still horrible. The workers are so nasty. 8 girls gathering around talking about parties and hook ups. I asked if they had something available and one of them just raised their shoulders and continued talking to the other girls. Then they told me it was a 3 hour wait to inflate 3 latex balloons. 3 hours! I guess they need 3 hours to be done talking about their life and actually work."
