"The worst customer service that I have ever had. I went to buy strawberries this morning and felt that the cashier treated me like a thief because I bought a large amount of strawberries for my store. The sign in the store didn't say there was a limit to buy and the online advertisement didn't tell that info, either. However, when I was ready to check out, a lady cashier prohibited my purchase and said there should be a 6 limit if I use the app. She performed her attitude to me with a dismiss attitude, which made me feel I was a thief. It was no use to confer with her about the issue that the sign didn't tell there should be a limit for the sale. She was rude to me and also called a manager to argue with me. I didn't want to waste my time with them and gave up the purchase. What a worst experience in Lidl! I will never come back to Lidl anymore and will go to Aldi instead!"

"Some prices are too high also the older guy there who unpacks boxes and restocks freezer throws emty boxes over customers heads and into box container. The worst work ethics I've ever seen. I don't think I would ever go here again.if there was 0 stars I would give it 0 stars."

"So my shopping took 5 min. I got on line to pay. 25 minutes later, I still have not reached the register. Employees and the managers were just sitting there while the 2 open registers had lines to literally halfway through the store. I do not have all day to sit online and wait to pay when I only have a few items. I left my cart right there even with my reusable bags in it and I left. I went to ShopRite right up the road, and again, it only took me 5 minutes to gather the things that I needed. But this time, I walked up to the register, and there were people waiting to help. There was no line. It turns out that I saved over $10 by going to ShopRite for better products. This store is a joke, and the employees simply do not care."

"I never really was a big fan of Lidl but the prices were decent. Now I can go to a regular grocery store for the same money or less...where the produce isn't moldy all the time. Everything is a mess. Bakery goods are a joke. The jelly donuts barely have any jelly and are always hard! The thing that really flustered me was that I had a food delivery order to finish and the 2 staff members (assuming manager) woman with long hair was rushing me out of the store following me. I said I was sorry I just need to complete this order and she rudely said she didn't care and they close in a minute. If that wasn't enough the cart pusher guy was rushing me out as well telling him we would get him in trouble. I left and probably won't return... unfortunately had to throw away one of the tomatoes covered in mold!!!"
