"I have used this shop many times in recent months the service has made me decide to look for another place to buy my cigars. Just today my wife bought my cigars there and had a dispute over the price. The price she was told was an “old” price. If that is the case then change it! The customer service is just awful. I am done with that shop, a shame because they are close and have a good selection of cigars. That’s not enough to keep me going there."
