"I had an exceptional encounter with one of the employees, I think her name is Kritika. She saved me $25 on a COVID test by telling me it might be free under my insurance and that I should check with the pharmacy before I purchase it OTC. She also went out of her way to show me exactly where the medication I was looking for was and even helped me choose which would be best for my cough. Kritika's priority was clearly my well-being. However, I am leaving this review with four stars primarily due to the less-than-ideal experience I had with the pharmacy, which could benefit from new interns who also care about a customers well-being."
"I know this Walgreens gets a lot of low votes, but I think the level of service varies greatly between employees. I had a wonderful experience today with lolly when I pulled up through the drive-through. My prescription wasn’t ready I didn’t even have to leave the drive-through so I didn’t lose my spot and have to wait on a long line when they were ready. Thank you your hard work is appreciated."
"Absolute trash pharmacy. They never have your prescription done in time and you pretty much have to devote your entire day to trying to get them to fill it for you. Just sat on hold for 45 minutes just be hung up on before I could even speak with a human. Now I will have to get in my car and drive to wait in line another 10 to who knows minutes just for them to tell me I need to wait more."
"I’ve used this store many times over the years but at this point I’m not even sure it’s a function Al drug store. I’m standing in line with10 people who all have been here way too long. They can’t even help one customer without a problem. No one seems to be getting anything accomplished. The workers at the pharmacy are completely incapable of doing the basic tasks. People are getting upset and the workers couldn’t care less and even if they did they seem like it wouldn’t make a difference because they don’t know how to do their jobs whatsoever. Completely dysfunctional store, I will have to find another pharmacy at this point. If a fight breaks out I’ll be sure to video it and post it!"
"Worst pharmacy I’ve ever been to. I have never waited less than forty minutes just to pick up a prescription that was ready. I’m standing here now at 7:13 am on a Sunday morning and the one person behind the counter is ignoring me while wandering around with his phone in his hand. I’m the only one waiting here and I still can’t pickup my medicine. Edit: So the pharmacist finally noticed that I was standing there and he greeted me…as Mark. He began pulling scripts after looking this Mark person up on the computer until I corrected him on my name. Oh, and I almost tripped on the guy that was passed out on the sidewalk by the front door of the store. I think I’ll change pharmacies when I get home. Edit 2: my doctor mistakenly sent two scripts here instead of where I wanted them transferred. Five days later one of them still says pending. I called and told the pharmacist I ran out of one of them two days ago and it’s an important medication. She responded, “Yes, like most are.” I was then told it’ll be ready in about an hour with no explanation as to why it wasn’t ready five days ago. This place is the absolute worst. There’s no hope here."
