"Loved it. How can you go wrong with cheese made on the premises? When you walk in you can see cheese curing in large wheels through the windows. The shop is in an industrial area, but inside is very warm and welcoming. They have wine, snacks, and grilled cheese. All the little touches, and great service made this a great experience. Plus if you get in the mood for beer there is a brewery right next door."

We sampled several chesses after talking about what types we were interested in and I honestly could have walked away broke, everything we tried was unique and delicious. I can't wait to go back. Their grilled cheeses were also classic preparations yet totally perfect. The mustard was curiously amazing and I wish I asked if it was for sale."
