"Shoutout to Catherine in customer service. I left the store yesterday with my groceries and forgot to get my $20 cash that I had requested. Catherine watched video to pinpoint the transaction after she discovered that there was a $20 overage. She called and confirmed that I had in fact forgotten to get the cash. I picked it up today and confirmed that she was the right person to thank. My husband and I loved our Big Y before this incident. Now we love it even more."
