"it was super fun most of the staff were great and friendly, wasn’t too busy for a weekend. there were mainly children but a few teenagers sprinkled here and there. watch out for the lady who was supervising the spin zone. kids had no respect and cut the line numerous times, when people in line spoke up the kids treated us as less. the lady working there did not care either, she let it happen. overall she did not supervise well or at all, it was just a mad house in that specific area since there were no rules laid out or discipline enforced despite an employee standing there and seeing everything. other than that go karting was definitely one of my favorite things to do and there’s a great variety if you get the platinum wristband"
"Son loves it. It's a little expensive for a family of 2 and more, but it's definitely a treat if the kids are well-behaved or do good in school."
"I have been to this place twice for birthday parties and usually no issues. Tonight we paid full price for the platinum ticket. We were not able to get into the laser tag because birthday parties were priority to enter and there was no organization to the line so everyone just ran up and whoever got in first were able to play. In the playground area there were two kids (probably between 12-15 years old ) being appropriate inside the area in front of young kids under the age of 8 and staff didn’t not want to ask the teenagers leave. It’s a dark climb area and they were sitting on one of the levels rubbing each other. I removed my kids from playing. Another adult was talking to the teenagers to try and get them out. The place began to get crammed with older kids during the night so the younger kids weren’t able to play safely. Someone was seriously hurt on the go kart and the police and ambulance arrived. The ride was shut down and we could not access but we paid full price for the ticket which included that ride. If I knew the day/night would have been like this I would have went somewhere else. Won’t be returning."
"Great place to go and fun for all ages. If you plan on going more than once I would look into the membership, it will save you money. I had a 3 year old and 13 year old and they both had a blast. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. We didn't eat any food there so I cannot comment on that but people seemed to enjoy it. We did get drinks and ice cream melts and the prices were great. We got there right after they opened and there were not too many people. When we left it was filling up but it's big enough so it's not crowded. It was very clean in all areas. There was some food on tables but that's due to people just leaving their garbage instead of throwing it out. The Go-karts were so much fun. My husband and I didn't need to purchase tickets since we were not "playing" and both kids wanted to go on them and the employee allowed us to ride with them which I thought was so nice. I would definitely recommend Urban Air, it will keep your kids entertained and tire them out!! FYI when you go in go to the Kiosk to complete the waiver form, you can add each person to the waiver."
