"Both of my sons attended location in Orange and it isn’t what it once was. They hire very young inexperienced girls that do not have the patience to deal with little kids all day long. My older son came home at 5 pm few years ago wearing the same diaper I dropped him off in at 8am. His skin was completely rotted off he screamed when he sat in the car seat. I removed him from that daycare and after multiple phone calls and conversations with the director I brought him back and things were better. My younger son now attends he just turned two and was moved to the next class. They typically do not allow parents in the building but the girl at the door offered for me to go in and get my son “do you want to go in and grab him?”. I excitedly went in to get him and through the glass window of the rooms door saw one of the staff rip toys aggressively out of my son’s hands, pick him up and slam him on his bottom to the floor. My son’s spine and bottom was all red and a few days later turned to bruises. No management on premise to speak to. Police asked for their video footage they told them it doesn’t record it’s only live footage. They also notified me the girl was fired the very next day. Now I see why they don’t allow parents inside the building to pick your kid up so no one can see what goes on."

"We have been our sending our daughter here for the last 18 months and love it. The teachers are amazing and so caring. They communicate with me regularly if needed. The teachers became familiar with my child and me as the parent quickly. I saw they know all of the parents and children's names, there are over 120 students for reference. All of the employees make me feel that my child is safe everyday. I am very happy we were able to get her in early on. Definitely recommend this place."

"My daughter was at this daycare over a year and a half, I loved the teachers she had. My daughter started the threes class and quality went down hill from there. I wasn’t receiving all my daughters belongings without a delay and them having to relocate her belongings days later. I was being sent home other kids clothes, blankets, shoes and the worst was face masks and zippy cups with other kids names on it. I just kept returning items that wasn’t ours and verbally complaining to the staff including the director. Mistakes happen and that is understandable but very lazy if the staff don’t even take the time to read the kids names on their belongings especially their cups and face masks before giving them out. My last straw was my child was sent home with a kiwi size knot on her forehead an when I called I was told to ask my 3 yr old what happened or was it before or after lunch. I put a complaint in writing and the director was more upset with my letter to her and stated mistakes happened and she questioned if I’m making a complaint because I received a “maintenance fee” a couple of days prior, the same maintenance fee we pay every year. Ridiculous to get that type of response from the person who is supposed to be in charge of the staff that’s monitoring your child not to mention that she was fully aware of my patience from day one of the nonsense. Beware"
