Jen grooms and cuts his nails every two months. She has patients and her kindness exceeds all expectations. I am so thankful to have a groomer I can 100% count on to give my George the best care!"

"I have always enjoyed bringing my dog to perfect pets, I am a farmer, I have five dogs, Maxx is the only one who grows his hair longer than most, I paid $300 a year with a tip. They do a great job with him all the time I recently had an appointment on July 20, 2023. And because I didn’t recognize the 774 number when they sent in for the reminder, I didn’t see it. I knew my appointment was coming up and have should’ve called earlier to check. But like I said, I’m a farmer. I have 30 head of cattle , milk, cows, goats, chickens, ducks, produce, hayfields, and all the chores that I have to do. So because I miss my appointment I explained to the girl on the phone on 7/21/23 that Maxx is 14 years old and can’t go outside because his coat is so heavy and he overheats very quickly. I got an appointment for him late September starting on the 18th. I explain to her that Maxx cannot wait that long if he’s going to go outside at all because he’s up in age ,well that’s all we can do she said, I just reiterated it’s just wrong it’s just wrong. Young lady hung up the phone So like any half intelligent human being I got on Amazon purchase my own shears with 11 attachments for length they were on sale $100 marked down to $59 with a $10 coupon and I purchased it , I did a great job. Maxx is fine going outside as of today. I have retired to become a farmer previousl. I owned three restaurants over 60 employees. Make sure my customers were always at the forefront of my business. In dog years Maxx is 98 years old. He comes first. I guess I’ve said enough.., like most of us, very disappointed in the society that we are living in."
