"Chelsea is simply amazing. We brought her our tiny 5 month old cockapoo and were a bit nervous about anyone handling such a young dog. Chelsea took an extraordinary amount of time with Petunia for the initial 2-3 visits. She eased her into a grooming environment which sometimes can be very stressful for a young puppy. "Our dog Winston is a poodle/golden retriever mix. We’ve owned poodle mixes before and they need frequent grooming. Being a puppy we wanted him to have a positive experience so he wouldn’t be fearful going every couple of months. Chelsea at the Bubbly Puppy took Winston for his first grooming at 5 months. It couldn’t have gone better. Today was his third grooming and he began getting excited when we pulled in the driveway. Chelsea has made him feel safe and he wants to go with her when I drop him off. Winston love Chelsea and we wouldn’t go anywhere else."

"My 13 year old Yorkie/Bichon mix, Paisley, has never loved going to the groomer due to a bad experience she had as a puppy. I had been looking for a change of scenery for her grooming needs recently and happened to find a post on the Auburn Facebook page about the Bubbly Puppy! After reading the company bio and how Chelsea specializes in one-on-one grooming as well as keeping anxiety and stress as low as possible, I knew I had to try Chelsea out! I couldn't be happier! From the initial booking, to days leading up to the appointment, to the actual appointment, communication was amazing and Chelsea is so easy to talk to/reach! She provided updates during Paisleys groom and even left us with a little report card for the groom! Paisley is normally spent after a grooming experience and was a totally different dog after her appointment with Chelsea! I already can't wait to bring her back and a weight has been lifted off of my shoulders and heart, knowing how much Chelsea cares for each and every pup she sees and how that translates in to very little (to zero) stress for them! From making the appointment to my happy dog coming out after her spa day, the entire process was easy and welcoming.
