"So let me start from the beginning. When I walked in and said I needed a full set the woman said it would. Be a 20 minute wait. I said okay and sat down. That was 12:45pm. I scrolled thru my phone like normal and next thing I know it’s 1:49. A whole hour later. Once I noticed the time I was about to leave and go to the nail salon I usually go to (I went there first and it was PACKED) but as soon as I was about to leave the lady was finally ready to take me. As the lady is prepping me, another woman was kind of bickering with the working saying she deserves a discount bc something wasn’t done right on her nails. Part of me was thinking “wow why is she giving this lady a hard time” but I would soon learn why… IMMEDIATELY the woman doing my nails puts my pinky nail on COMPLETELY and NOTICEABLY crooked. When I told her she tried to debate but then fixed it. Then she continued to put THE WRONG SIZED TIPS on me. When I told her she debated and said “I file for you. It no be like that after” I said ok and let her proceed. Even though my thumb tip was 2 sizes too big. When she started putting acrylic on my nails I could completely tell she didn’t know what she was doing at all. I like skinny neat nails. The acrylic (AFTER FILLING) came out thick and lumpy. At this point I’m annoyed. So I ask for the nail filler and fixed it myself. The design was no better at all. I wanted one hand pink French and the other hand black French with pink hearts on the black French and black hearts on the pink French. Simple right? WRONG!! Again I took the dotting tool and did it myself. Moral of the story , terrible service, TERRIBLE WORK and boring atmosphere. I would NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!"

"Great prices and they do a great job !! Me and My husband come to get manicures and pedicures and have not been disappointed yet. Tommy and Rose did a great job on my nails."

"Overall, I really liked how my nails came out. I got the UV Gel so it’s costed about $74 Bucks. It took about an hour and thirty minutes to complete which wasn’t too bad. I just needed something to feel great and they came out good for the most part. Wish there were more charms to choose from both other than that I love my nails!"

"I went to this establishment in December of 2022. I got a full set of acrylic nails on both fingernails and toenails. My fingernails were done by a black woman. Her own nails looked terrible. She told me that she had done them herself. That was the first red flag but I decided to just stay because I needed the service done and I was strapped for time. After she was done and I moved on to get my toes done. I took a closer look at my hands and fingernails and realized that the black woman who did my full acrylic set left polish all over my hands, fingers, and fingertips. She didn't even apply polish to the edge of the nail. It was just sloppy work. I told the pedicurist about this issue, she said that she couldn't do anything about it and that I should have told the black lady when I was in her chair. The pedicurist eventually told the woman in charge about the issue and she fixed me up after the pedicure. I believe her name is Coco, the woman who fixed my fingernails that the First Lady messed up. This happened after the black lady left the building. In front of the pedicure station is a TV on the wall. They had an Asian game/ talent show playing. Someone on the TV was singing not so pleasantly and the black lady screams something along the lines of "Whoever's singing like that deserves to be shot!" That comment was the icing on the cake. I will take my business elsewhere, to a safe, professional environment. When getting my acrylics done on my toenails the woman was rough and seemed to be in a rush so the leg and foot scrub wasn't a good experience. She was mores worried about getting out on time than service the customer and making sure they enjoyed their pedicure. I have included photos of the poorly shaped acrylic fingernails done by the black woman working at this shop. Please do not go to her to get your nails done, you'll be disappointed. Nails were also drastically different lengths on the opposite hand. Note that I did mention to her my obviously flat nail bed and asked her to pay attention to the apex which she failed to do. Poor quality."

"I will never go anywhere else , Tommy Is the freaking bomb i get my nails done from him, perfect set every time and they last me up to A month with my busy schedule . Don't normally wait that long I go every 2-3 weeks if I can but they're a strong set and Tiffany is amazing she does my toes nothing better then sitting in the chair getting a back massage while I'm at it while she does her thing. A must try if your in the mood to get your nails done -Sammy"
